Certificate of Indian Status Cards

Certificate of Indian Status Cards available at the Band office; you must provide Government Issued Identification such as BC Driver’s License (BCDL), BC Identification (BCID), BC Service Card with Photo, Combined BCDL & Service Card, Combined BCID & Service Card, Interim BCDL or BCID or BC Services Card. Accepted up to expiry date. Certificate of Indian Status (CIS); accepted up to six (6) months past renewal date. Secured Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS); accepted up to one (1) year past renewal date.

Saik’uz First Nation Members fee $10.00                  Other First Nation fee $20.00

Other First Nation must contact the IRA to give required information to renew/replace the certificate of Indian status card before the scheduled appointment.
